Pre-orders will ship in accordance with stated delivery timelines for each product to corresponding with the dates of an event.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our Returns Policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with our advent calendars and chocolates. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unopened and their original packaging to qualify for a return. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive further instructions.
